To search the database, select criteria from the navigation bar on top of the page. Any of the criteria on the bar may be crossed with any other to refine the search while the History file records all of the queries and their combinations. History file A search consists of one or more queries posed to the whole database in order to select relevant records. When an query is made, the results and the query itself are stored in the History file. As the search criteria are further refined, new results are automatically calculated within the file using all the selected criteria. The History file has two functions:
All the active criteria, designated with checkmarks, are automatically included in the calculation of the current result. Remove a criterion by unchecking it and pressing the "Recalculate" button.
